installing software.

Hi there!!

When I try to install software from the add/remove software app, Fedora open the app's window, but it don't show any program at the program list although I chose one category from the categories list.

In addition, when I try to update the OS version from the software update app, it open the app's window, but then it become stuck until I exit from it.

Any idea what the problem?
