Boot problem after updating kernel

Yesterday i install fedora 16, and updated kernel to 3.2.9-1
since than, i'm unable to boot the system - after loading kernel there is a black screen, and it's unable to ssh into machine.
i still can boot with no problem to previous 3.1.0-7 kernel

any help would appreciated
