F16 recent slow boot due to iscsi and fix

The iscsci service has been enabled by default. This has recently become a problem causing a long boot delay as in this bug:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=789683

Running the command in the bugzilla fixes it for me:

# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.872-17.fc16'

actually, the better fix is to disable iscsi unless you actually have iscsi drives.

Code:
su -
(root password)

systemctl disable iscsi.service
systemctl disable iscsid.service
