Read it loud

I need some tools that can spell pdf files,doc files.
I tried read it loud feature in adobe but it discontinue with some words.i need some tools that are stable.

You can try okular. I know it has the option to read the pdf files but I do not know how well it works.

Tools --> Speak _____. Hope this helps.

I am a GNOME user and okular is available for KDE only.so can you suggest me some other tools

You can install it to Gnome no problem - but it may bring a whole heap of kde dependencies
