Flash Problem

Just did fresh install of Fedora 16 KDE and i am having a big problem with Flash. I have tried in Chrome, chromium, Firefox and Konqueror all with the same result... Flash sites like iheartradio.com and youtube all skip and jump and the audio beeps and clicks then the site finally crashes...Can someone please help?

Are you using the most up-to-date version of flash? It could be a bug with that. Also, does audio outside of flash player of the web browser work fine?
