for example to install 3.1.5-1.fc16.x86_64
yum --nogpgcheck install ./kernel-184.108.40.206-1.fc15.x86_64.rpm
--nogpgcheck is needed since koji packages are not signed
There is probably some way to do it from repos, but at the moment I can't find it.
