strange root partition files behavior

Hi friends,
today afternoon my laptop (Fc15) hangs while i try to lower the screen brightness.

For various reasons then i've decided to run "reiserfsck --rebuild-tree" on root filesystem (reiser filesystem).

Now the system goes well, but if i try to list any files onto the root partition with "ls -l" obtain many "input/output error"

ls -l /usr/share/applications/
ls: /usr/share/applications/: Errore di input/output
ls: /usr/share/applications/kde: Errore di input/output
ls: /usr/share/applications/kde4: Errore di input/output
ls: /usr/share/applications/screensavers: Errore di input/output

On the /home partition everything is wel, if i run the "ls -l" obtain the correct list files.

should i run another time the reiserfsck?
