Size for Adobe flash plugin (or Gnash) ??

I really want to finally get the Adobe Flash non-proprietary installed permanently to my latest Fedora KDE flavor . . .

I have done this all before, but I need to youtube and catch streaming videos more permanently
and will be following these directions :

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flash

I should have enough space available - as per my df -a command (1.03 GB)
but it will start to get close as I store more files.

So, anybuddy know how much size (approximately) before I tackle this tonight ?

And are there any other opensource "flash-type" plugin(s) for KDE ?
And can Gnash be used in KDE even or is it just for gnome environments?

Thanks in advance for any help, advice, or criticism - or any leads pointing me in the right direction.
