So, after upgrading from F15 to F16 (using preupgrade), I'm getting this strange error message after I login to GNOME shell. After I enter my password, and a few seconds of waiting, I get an unhappy PC filling my screen, telling me where was an error that could not be recovered from, and with only a log out button. But it turns out that if I press Alt+F4, I can escape the error message back to the shell, which then runs perfectly fine (!), just as it did in F15; the only exception to this are some occasional weird graphics glitches when looking at the applications menu (Intel graphics, btw).
I waited a while because I thought an eventual update would fix things, and as there is an easy workaround, but as none has been forthcoming, I thought I should mention it here to see if anyone else has run into the same issue.
