Just installed F16 with yum update.
However, all printers, including network printer and local USB printer, disappeared, 'Sorry! The system printing service doesn't seem to be available'.
No audio device was detected, and no sound.

Just in case others are also looking for solution, for the printer, manually start cups; for the audio, manually add user to the audio group,
