Fedora 16 is suppose to implement firewalld and it did not install by default for one, nor did the applet. I installed these based on the FIREWALLD note on fedoraproject website.
I'm trying to configure an HP Printer and the cups applet states firewalld not running. I have tried starting the deamon with no luck. The documentation stated there should be a firewall-config GUI which does not exist on the distro.
Please help.

Edit-> I found if is issue service firewalld start this will start the service and I can set up my printer, but the firewall-applet will not run it seems to start but never displays a screen although the process is running.
Edit2-> I found running systemctl enable firewalld.service sets this to start automatically.
Additional Problem exist and note this is observed with the 64-bit version
1) firewalld-config missing
2) firewalld-applet will not display a GUI display and seem to crash with the process left running in the background.
3) firewalld.service not installed or enabled by default
