Need a guide on installing MATLAB

I just download MATLAB 2010b student edition from university portal and , I want to install it on fedora 16. However , after I try to read though the manual but still can't figure a way to install it. I am new to fedora and just search over the forum and got confuse on SELinux and MATLAB. T_T

The file downloaded is in .iso format. I don't have any blank DVD beside me so I can't burn it. Do I need to mount it or just extract the file. Sorry for my english and asking many questions.
