To Those Who Respond To Rants....
A "Rant" is generally an expression of frustration and a bit of anger. Something's ruined his day and he's vocalizing. Maybe we have suggestions, maybe we can fix his day, maybe not. BUT, we who respond are often the core members of the Forum and our responses demonstrate how friendly and helpful FedoraForum is to every potential new member or to anyone looking for a bit of help.
When you take an aloof or angry tone in your response, or poke fun at the poster, you're not helping the poster, the Forum or your own image. If you have a decent comment, suggestion or want to sympathize, then that's fine. If all you can do is poke fun at the guy, then please don't comment at all. There are many other threads and posters who need your expertise. Go help them instead.
