noob question

hey all this is my first post and I must say this forum is pretty cool, I've already found lots of help. I am James, I've been networking and administering Windows networks for 3 years now and am just starting to get into Linux, which I am liking more and more everyday.

Now I have just installed a copy of Fedora FC2 and everything seems to be working fine, except my browsing. Now if I go to a page, as long as it is my first page to open it will pull up, if I open another browser window, it sits and loads and after 5 minutes or so it times out, also no links in pages open up if I click on them. .

There is only a couple webpages that I can pull up fine and the only thing that I can think is that they are ran on Linux servers. Now I don't know if that would have something to do about it or not. But any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you,

James
