SD card not mounting in F15

I have Fedora 15 installed on a Lenovo 575 laptop that has a built in SD slot. When I insert a SD card it does not mount. When the same SD card is in a digital camera and I plug the camera into a USB port the camera mounts and I can see files on the SD card. I have tried this with a 128MB SD card and 4GB a SDHC card with the same results.

Any clues on what the problem might be?

Thanks.......
