Question Two window list buttons for same task???

FC14 w/windows7 theme. Works great. Except some days when I login my window list applet doesn't start. So I right click the task bar and add it. Then some days later I have two running which provides a double set of windows buttons on the task bar.

I cannot figure out how to get rid of one of the instances. So, I thought I would post here 'cause someone much have solved this before.

Thanks all -
