Hi,
I really need help please.
I have installed Fedora 14 on my new PC, at first not able to connect to Internet because the driver was not installed to detect the device and now this.
I have searched the web and ended up destroying my drivers that I had before in process.
When I opened sound preferences before I use to have hardware now its missing... How to restore?
lspci:
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 05)
01:00.1 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc NI Caicos HDMI Audio [AMD RADEON HD 6450]
I tried installing this driver that was said on a different forum was suppose to fix the problem:
realtek-linux-audiopack-5.15
When I try to install the driver I get this:
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.35.14-95.fc14.x86_64/source SUBDIRS=/home/igor.astakhov/realtek-linux-audiopack-5.15/alsa-driver-1.0.23 CPP="gcc -E" CC="gcc" modules
