Thumbs down How can I change the amount of a scrolling which is acted by mouse wheel?

I want to make a slight rotation of mouse wheel correspond to effect of page up/down button in a keyboard.
In Windows(7), There is a control panel related to this thing. But in fedora I can't find this in System->Preferences->Mouse.
How can I do this in Fedora 13?
