I did *not* use the repo rpm as it seemed to want to install F14 packages instead of the F15 ones.
Yes! That did it for me! I was about to abandon Fedora just because I couldn't read anything using any font configuration without my eyes getting tired. Just installed these two thingies, rebooted and voila!

Just hoping that these two will not collide with anything else in the system...
