Holy cow! G3 and Unity

Hello Fedora world! Long Time Ubuntu user looking to switch distros because of the dissapointment that is Unity. Now before I install Fedora, I come to the forums and people don't like Gnome 3! What to do? I do realize that there are other spins of Fedora, and other distros, but want to stick with ones that are well supported.

I have never tried Gnome 3, but respect others in their evaluation of it. Is it really all that bad? I've seen the videos on the site and it does seem like a Win7 clone, what with the snapping windows and such, and it has a dock. Docks are an annoyance that I can do without.

XFCE has always been nice and I am comfortable with it. Will F15 have that spin?

Thanks, and forgive my ramblings.
