Cannot recover after hibernating

Hello,

Code:
HP Mini 210 Netbook.
Fedora 15 Latest updates.
I was using Fedora 14 xfce and never had a problem from recovering from hibernating. Since I have installed Fedora 15 using gnome-shell. I can hiberate but I cannot recover.

Syptoms:
When I try and recover I get the fedora blue screen, then it goes blank and and I get a flashing cursor in the top left corner, then after about 30 seconds it will just freeze. I then have to poweroff using the power button to reboot.

Many thanks for any suggestions,

Re: Cannot recover after hibernating

Hello,

Could this be a problem with Fedora 15?

Thanks,

Re: Cannot recover after hibernating

is this actually hibernate, or suspend? (hibernate is to disk, suspend is to RAM).

Re: Cannot recover after hibernating

Hello,

This is a hibernating problem - can hibernate but cannot recover.

Suspend works ok.

Just one more thing. Before I was using Fedora 14. Hibernating worked ok. So I don't think there is any problem with my hardware.

Thanks,

Re: Cannot recover after hibernating

hibernate is generally tested a lot less than suspend and susceptible to break more, which is why I asked :/

can you test with a desktop other than GNOME, and also from runlevel 3? it might help pin down where exactly the problem is.
