FN-F4 Switch to HDMI Out Fedora 14

I have a HP Pavilion dv6 laptop with the ATI drivers loaded in Fedora 14. I can't get the FN-F4 key combo to switch to the HDMI output (Which does work in Windows 7).

I am thinking I need to modify my Xorg.conf file, but not sure what I need to add.

Update: In BIOS settings I can make the function keys "Sticky" meaning I don't need the FN key. But in each case "Enabled/Disabled" the F4 key returns a 'p". All the other action keys work as they should, ie; volume, brightness, stop, pause, play, etc.
