1) Should you do a complete Fedora iso re-install every time a new, regular final release comes out or is the upgrade process done through an update manager or command line without fear of breakage? I am tired of the six month release cycle which is why I use Testing. If (for example) an upgrade without re-install can be done from F14 to F15 that's very appealing.
2) Can Rawhide (rolling release) be easily learned by a newbie to Fedora but not Linux? Is breakage routine with Rawhide?
