Reinstalling grub after a windows install

Hello,

Code:
Fedora 15 Alpha
Windows Starter
Currently I installed Windows Starter, then installed Fedora 15 Alpha from the 'Fedora 15 LiveCD'.

Now, I have reinstalled Windows Starter and now my grub loader has been removed.

How can I get the grub loader back, with just the LiveCD?

Is it possible to do this without the LiveCD?

Many thanks for any suggestions,
