Skype Opening On Reboot

Hi
I have been trying to stop 'skype' from starting at Boot. No matter what I do I cannot seem to keep it from starting.
I do not have it in my startup apps, I do not have the 'remember running apps when logging out' and yet it starts not one but three skypes at every reboot. Why?
I did have 'remember running apps when logging out' set once but have uninvoked it. How can I have these instances of 'skype' not start up at boot?
This is an annoying thing and I am not sure where it is being started from. Thanks...
Robert
