Create 360 pictures

I have seen on some sites 360 pictures that you can click on and look round an image like a car etc..
Has anyone ever done this? if so how!

In short: take a lot of pictures and stitch them together with Hugin. Add a panorama viewer and the stitched image to your website and you're done.
In reality, it's a bit more difficult

I had a feeling hugin could do that, thanks ill look into it..
