No update recently?

Hello,

I notice that in the past several days there was no update for f14.
Is that OK or there is something wrong with my f14?

Thanks

Re: No update recently?

I have not seen any for at least 3 days. I tried yum "clean all" etc and checked the repo files, nothing comes down, so far.

I might be wrong, but I assume this is because F14 is about to be released, so there is a freeze on new changes until then.

Re: No update recently?

There are a bunch of updates pending in the testing updates repo, but I'd advise against using it. I applied those updates and now my suspend/resume is broken. I'd hoped that by removing the repo and updating again I'd be able to revert back to the original setup, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Re: No update recently?

I didn't see the update until I ran
Code:
yum clean all
yum update
New to fedora, why is the yum clean all required do you think?

Re: No update recently?

If i remember well, yum uses its own cache, which is automatically cleaned after a set period of time. Probably the cache wasn't still refreshed.
........but i may be (very) wrong.
