Wiimote + Fedora 10 = simple

Hi guys,

I'm very pleased that connect a Wiimote it's soooooo simple, just install cwiid-wminput cwiid-utils. And that's all.

You can use wmgui util to connect the wiimote to your PC. It detects wiimote, nunchuk and even classic controller. Just great

Nice gaming.

Does it rely on the infrared receiver? How do you hook that up?

It's bluetooth.

Different question: What can use it? Any good games?

Yep great games, I'm not sure if you can use Wiimote in all the games but at least I know there is a script to play Neverball

Check the Fedora Games Spin http://spins.fedoraproject.org/games/

A wii remote uses bluetooth to connect to the computer, but what do you use for the infrared light that lets you use the point function? there is no plug shaped like that on a computer. That's what he's asking.
