Stuck volume keys - duplicate of ubuntu bug

Hi,

There was a fix in Ubuntu according to a few posts (but a few people even there have problems). Could you tell me where I need to file a fedora bug?

Problem:
Whenever I try to use the volume up or volume down key on my dell studio 1558, the volume goes continuously up or down (the same effect of not ever leaving the volume up or down key). Hence, the menus stop working.

On searching on the net, I found out that this is very similar to:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...ux/+bug/311353
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...ev/+bug/293642

Also, a fix for Ubuntu was posted here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=974723 , but at the end of the thread I can see a few people still having problems.
If you need any more information on hardware please ask.

Please let me if there is already a fix on fedora or where I can file a bug report for this.
