mobile broadband not working on fedora kde spin 13

Hi,

I am a new linux user.Initially when i used tata indicom plug2surf (usb modem) on fedora kde spin 13 it worked well but after i suspended my box(after which the electricity went) when i restarted it,the network management appeared disabled and since then i am unable to use my plug2surf connection on it.Can any one help ?
(The plug2surf connection isn't working , am not sure about wired broadband ,haven't tried it.)

Thanks,
Vikrant.
