taskbar

hi there
i have problem with my fedora
when i was update my fedora my electrical down then update not complete

when i was turn on my laptop
i`ve got any error

like
taskbar, minimize etc was disappear

i have read

but that for xfce

i have complete all off transaction but i get an error again
what happen with that
