F11 - suspend broken after recent update

Hi,

I'm using F11 on a 4.1 Macbook Pro, and suspend-upon-closing-lid has been working reliably since I installed F11 whenever it came out originally.

However, some recent update seems to have broken suspend. For the last two weeks or so, closing the laptop lid first turns off the LCD backlight, then does something, and finally turns the backlight back on. The power LED on the front should start blinking in suspend mode, but it stays fully lit. When I open the lid again, the computer is frozen and the only way I have managed to wake it up again is by pressing the power button until it turns off hard, and then restart it.

Has anybody experienced a similar problem recently, or has any idea what system update might have caused this? There was a kernel update around the time this started, but I already reverted to the previous kernel and had the same problem.
