Clocksource rtc is unstable

hi every body,
i installed the NVIDIA based drivers on my fedora 10 machine and i rebooted,but my machine is not booting and showing a line like this
Clocksource rtc unstable (delta = -456755520)

after this message i am not able to enter further.how i can over this error and doing my fedora bootable.i desabled the ACPI configuration in BIOS,but no luck.
please any one helpme on this issue.thank u.

[root@localhost /]# cd /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/
[root@localhost clocksource0]# dir
available_clocksource  current_clocksource
can change to =hpet even if not listed in the available_clocksource file with kernel parameter on boot up.
