NetworkManager? disables wireless when ethernet is plugged in

Hi people,
I noticed today that when I plug in ethernet cable, something (NetworkManager?) kills wireless connection and disables the interface (Enable Wireless checkbox on nm-applet / knetworkmanager is greyed-out).
I'm not sure when this started to happen, but about a month ago wireless and eth were working simultaneously.

This is what happens when I plug in ethernet cable:

Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 kernel: iwlagn 0000:10:00.0: RF_KILL bit toggled to disable radio.
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 NetworkManager: <info> (eth0): carrier now ON (device state 2)
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 NetworkManager: <info> (eth0): device state change: 2 -> 3 (reason 40)
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 NetworkManager: <info> Activation (eth0) starting connection 'System eth0'
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 kernel: e1000e: eth0 NIC Link is Up 100 Mbps Full Duplex, Flow Control: None
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 kernel: 0000:00:19.0: eth0: 10/100 speed: disabling TSO
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 NetworkManager: <info> (eth0): device state change: 3 -> 4 (reason 0)
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 NetworkManager: <info> Activation (eth0) Stage 1 of 5 (Device Prepare) scheduled...
Mar 10 13:39:59 n001914 NetworkManager: <info> WiFi now disabled by radio killswitch
...

Anyone knows how to prevent this behaviour?

I run 64-bit F12, kernel 2.6.32.9-67.fc12.x86_64, NetworkManager-0.7.998-2.git20100106.fc12.x86_64, on HP 8710p.

Regards,
Denis
