ATI driver issues

I'm trying to install the 10.2 driver on FC12, with not luck so far.

I get this error in the log:

"Kernel Module : Kernel module build environment not found - please consult read-me."

I installed the latest kernel-devel

My current kernel is: 2.6.31.12-174.2.22.fc12.i686.PAE

Any help is appreciated.
