Can't adjust brightness of display on buttery power mode
Have no controller, such as in the tab "On AC Power"

Maybe there is a setting in the BIOS which prevents the OS changing it.

but settings is worling when I'm working not from battery

Yeah, but in my BIOS there are two settings concerning the brigthnes. One for AC and one for battery. Maybe the BIOS blocks changing the brightnes in battery-mode.
