Live Cd Graphic issues?

Ive just downloaded and burnt the live Cd for Fedora 12. it loads up until the logo comes up then after than the graphics start playing up and i get lines all over my screen and no mous or keyboard. i was wondering if this was a common problem or if anyone could suggest how to go about getting it to work.

Which Live CD ?

Try booting into run-level 3, the log in as root user, and post results of command:
lspci | grep VGA
