kde applications in gnome: integration

There's a degree integration already done, including support for QGtkStyle to be used for qt/kde applications run under gnome.

There's also some degreee of integration of gtk apps run under kde, including for example, kcm-gtk for setting gtk styles in kde and applying kde color schemes to gtk applications as well. I'm not aware of any sort of integration/support in the other direction, however.
