choose F11, is your processor 64bit? if so you can download that but i would download the liveCD first just to make sure it runs on your hardware

Talking How to choose which download...

HEY,
THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE I CHECKED THE INSTALL GUIDE AND I FOUND THE SUGGESTIONS NEEDED, FOR EVERYONE ELSE IN THE PREDICIMENT I WAS HERE IT IS

Processor manufacturer and model Architecture type for Fedora

Intel (except Atom 230, Atom 330, Core 2 Duo, Centrino Core2 Duo, and
recent vintage Xeon); AMD (except Athlon 64, Athlon x2, Sempron 64, and
Opteron); VIA C3, C7 USE i386

Intel Atom 230, Atom 330, Core 2 Duo, Centrino Core 2 Duo, and Xeon;
AMD Athlon 64, Athlon x2, Sempron64, and Opteron; Apple MacBook,
MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air USE x86_64

Apple Macintosh G3, G4, G5, PowerBook, and other non-Intel models USE ppc

i386 Works for Most Windows Compatible Computers
If you are unsure what type of processor your computer uses, choose i386.

HOPE THIS HELPS THIS DEFINATELY QUALIFYS FOR RTFM!!! LOL
