F11 x86_64 pcscd (card reader daemon)

The pcscd service is started in rc.d with S25. This causes an error:
"pcscd: hotplug_libhal.c:491:HPRegisterForHotplugEvents() Normally this means the HAL daemon (hald) is not running or not ready."

Should not it be started after the hal, i.e. as S26? It works then.
