VT console: Fedora 11 text rather small

Fedora 11 displays VT console text considerably smaller than Fedora 10.
To me, this is an improvement, however, it's a bit smaller than I like.
How can I make the text larger?

I tried:
setfont /lib/kbd/consolefonts/iso01.08.gz
setfont /lib/kbd/consolefonts/iso01.16.gz

iso01.08 makes it still smaller.
iso01.16 restores it to the size it was.

At the end of of the kernel line in grub, (which ends with rhgb quiet) add nomodeset

I *think* that will fix it.
