Audio problems.

Im having problems playing any type of audio, from youtube videos to audio CDs.

While trying to play youtube videos the audio and picture will fast forward randomly.

Audio off of CD's will not play properly in VLC media player or Rhythmboc, it will fastforward randomly and make glitchy sounds..

So, does anybody have any advice on how to fix this or had any similar problems?
