Fedora 11 Audio Preferences

Does anybody know how to get the old audio preferences for gnome back? The one where I can switch the sound servers and preferences over.. that's the package I need.

Also, is there a package for a new audio knob or button I can put in the gnome panel? because i removed pulseaudio and the pulseaudio one already.

edit: looks like I'm trying to restore gnome-sound-properties
Anybody have an idea on how to do that?

Sound settings in Fedora 11

Go to the Gnome Control Panel or by Clicking "System - Preferences - Hardware - Advanced Volume Control" to change the Sound Devices. I had to change my audio device this way to get sound working properly on my Asus Netbook.

That doesn't work as I don't think that sets how gnome handles audio in general.. I'm looking for a replacement to gnome-sound-properties.
Or this menu ..does anybody know how I can change the options (to ALSA cause they're pulseaudio by default) as if I changed them from this menu. I need to because this menu isnt available anymore.
