vpnc doesn't anymore on FC11?

Hi everybody,

Since I installed FC11 vpnc stop working. I get "vpnc: no response from target."
I tried running it with "strace" and the reason is a timeout:

poll([{fd=3, events=POLLIN}], 1, 4000) = 0 (Timeout)

I tried google and adding "NAT Traversal Mode cisco-udp" to the config file works for some people but not for me

Does anyone had experience with vpnc 0.5.3 in FC11?

"strace" shows different things when running on FC10 and FC11.
I attached the output of the two files (I can't see them on the post, hope you can)

In FC11 it seems that there is no anwser to

getrusage(RUSAGE_SELF, {ru_utime={0, 13997}, ru_stime={0, 9998}, ...}) = 0

that in FC10 is something like

time(NULL) = 1245873098
times({tms_utime=6, tms_stime=1, tms_cutime=0, tms_cstime=0}) = 429448320
gettimeofday({1245873098, 851055}, NULL) = 0

My FC11 machine (64bit) is much faster than the FC10 one (32bit). Can this be due to response times?

I also tried the --dpd-idle option by nothing changed.

Sigh, I fear I can't help at all, and that is aggravating because I thought I was good at fixing vpnc problems. (Although not at reading strace--I'm not sure how that works, but I think there's a problem with adding files as well as size limits. I THINK--I'm not sure about that, and sigh, you would think as a CM, I would know the forum rules.

OK, back to this issue.

Did you install using yum, or the source code? If the source code, is it at all worth trying to uninstall, and trying with yum? I've now tried on two F11 boxes and everything is just working.

(One 64 bit, one 32 bit.)

I'm sorry I can't be of more help save to blithely say it works for me.
