Kde does not show the right click options like gnome

Hi,
Is it possible to display the right click options

Code:

Add folder
Add new documents
.....

like in gnome-desktop in the kde desktop?
kde right click option displays:

Code:

Konsole
Run command
Unlock widget
Appearance settings
Lock screen
Leave

At first when kde installed there was a desktop rectangler shaped black screen with 90% opacity.
I deleted that screen.
Is there any way to get it back?

Oh,That was the desktop folder option.
Managed to add that on desktop: right click>Add widget>Folder view.
Now there are options like gnome-desktop environment on that desktop folder in kde region with the right click.
