login themes?

Umm so I'm using fedora 10 64bit edition...

Many tutorials online tell me that installing a login theme involves going to
System -> Administration -> Login Screen

Problem is, I can't find it! There's no option called 'Login Screen'

Is it located somewhere else, or did they just randomly take it out..
