Question Making boot floppy after install

System Info:

HDA
33.3 GB, Windows XP, NTFS
3.89 GB, Compaq Recovery

HDB
Fedora 29.0 GB

After installing Fedora, I run Windows XP. It auto runs system recovery. I have to run it to get into Windows. After running recovery, I cannot run Fedora. I did NOT make boot disks. Can I make disks after installing; or do I need to update, create a disk, and run the recovery program after the disks are writen?
