Unhappy Got "leasefail" error when install F8 on PS3

I've burned 3 DVDs using Nero or ImageBurn. I also did sham1sum check. Everything looks find but I kept getting the prompt like:

Sending Discover...
Sending discover...
sending discover...
dont understand action "leasefail"
No lease, failing

Can somebody help me out please?
