Emergency! frozen caps lock, pc does not boot!

Any ideas? I was playing Savage 2 on fedora 10 with an hp dv6500 and nvidia geforce 8400m gs. All the sudden everything froze, keys non-responsive, caps lock stuck on. I hold down power & force it off. When i try to boot up i get a blank screen with the caps lock on again and nothing happens. This happened once before & last time i was able to fix it by removing the hard drive and booting up just the bios to run tests, but this time i removed the hard drive and try to boot, but that did not work. Computer turns on, all lights are on & keyboard is non-responsive, caps lock stuck on. I then tried to boot with no hd and no memory hooked up. Same thing again, blank screen, fans on, keyboard non-responsive, caps lock on and nothing happens. Please help!!!!
