cloning software for Fedora 10

i am hoping i am posting in the right place.
i have been looking on-line for cloning software for Fedora 10. i found nothing.
if someone can suggest a few to look at it would be greatly appreciated. that said: i am not very swift when it comes to installing via terminal (want to learn so badly) to date i still have not managed tar file installs. that should tell you something/give you a bit of an idea in terms of difficulty grade for install
